First Vet Qatar operates an e-commerce platform selling pet supplies exclusively within Qatar. Our products include pet food, accessories, medicines, and veterinary essentials.

2. Eligibility

– You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when purchasing or registering an account.
– First Vet Qatar reserves the right to refuse service to any customer suspected of fraudulent activity.

3. Ordering & Payment

– All prices on our website are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include VAT where applicable.
– We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, and cash on delivery (COD) where applicable.
– Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide alternatives or issue a refund.
– Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, you may contact customer service for further assistance.
– First Vet Qatar reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

– We provide delivery services across Qatar.
– Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
– Shipping fees may apply based on order value and delivery location.
– It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. First Vet Qatar is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
– Customers must inspect delivered items upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.
– Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

– We don’t accept returns from outside Qatar.

5. Return & Exchange Policy (Qatar only)

– Vaccines: Returns/exchanges are not allowed for vaccines due to safety and regulatory reasons.
– Medicines: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 1 day of purchase with the original receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and resalable, and must not have been exposed to heat or sunlight.
– Feed and Feed Additives: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt. The product must be in its original, unopened, and resealable packaging.
– Accessories: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and resalable.

6. Refund Policy (Qatar Only)

– Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
– Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
– For cash-on-delivery (COD) payments, refunds may be issued as a store credit or bank transfer.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
– If a return is due to an error on our part, the full purchase price, including shipping fees, will be refunded.

7. Warranty & Liability

– First Vet Qatar does not guarantee the performance of third-party products but will facilitate warranty claims where applicable.
– We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from pet products.
– Customers should consult veterinarians before purchasing specific pet food, medicines, or health products.
– First Vet Qatar is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.

– We collect and store customer data only for order processing and customer service purposes.
– We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent.
