Usage

Application: Use when transporting a horse, during long trailer rides, turnout, or when stabled, any situation where tail protection or hair-root safety is needed.

Method:

1. Unfasten the hook-and-loop straps of the Tail Guard.

2. Wrap the guard gently around the tail base, ensuring the padding sits comfortably against the skin and tail root.

3. Fasten securely but not too tightly to avoid cutting off circulation.

4. Use the metal ring to tether the tail (if needed) or to secure with a tail cord, depending on transport/regulation.

5. After use, remove the guard, wash or wipe clean as necessary, inspect for wear or damage; dry thoroughly before next use.

Frequency:
