Propercillin Injection by Ilium

Propercillin by Ilium is a prescription-only, sterile injectable suspension of procaine penicillin designed to manage a wide range of bacterial infections. It offers effective treatment against penicillin-sensitive Gram-positive bacteria and selected Gram-negative bacteria. Usage:

Target Species: Cattle, sheep, goats, horses, dogs, cats

Indications: Used for the treatment of bacterial infections including respiratory tract infections, skin infections, wounds, joint infections, and abscesses caused by organisms sensitive to penicillin.

Administration: Administer by intramuscular injection only.

Dosage:

• Standard dose: 1 mL per 20 kg body weight

• Adjust dosage based on species and severity of infection as directed by a veterinarian

Method: Shake well before use. Use sterile equipment and proper hygiene during administration.

Duration: Repeat every 24 hours for 3–5 days or as prescribed by a veterinarian.
