Nova-Flor 20% Oral is a broad-spectrum antibacterial veterinary medicine formulated with florfenicol, a synthetic antibiotic effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is commonly used in poultry and young ruminants such as calves, lambs, and kids to treat infections affecting the respiratory and digestive systems.

The medication is administered orally through drinking water, ensuring easy mass treatment of animals in farms. It is particularly effective in managing diseases like salmonellosis, colibacillosis, pneumonia, pasteurellosis, and omphalitis, helping improve recovery and reduce bacterial spread within livestock populations.

Usage:

• Target Species: Poultry, calves, kids, and lambs

• Application: Oral administration via drinking water

• Treatment Duration: Typically 4–5 consecutive days

Dosage:

• Poultry:

  • 1 ml per 2 litres of drinking water for 4–5 days

• Calves, Kids, Lambs:

  • 1 ml per 20 kg body weight

  • Or 1 ml per 2 litres of drinking water for 5 days
