Method:
Measure head circumference just above the eyebrows and around the largest part of your skull; select the correct size range (52-54 cm, 55-57 cm, 58-60 cm).
Place the helmet on level on the head. Use the rear dial to adjust fit so the helmet sits snug and stable (no major rocking front/back or side-to-side).
Fasten the chin strap securely so one or two fingers can be inserted under the strap comfortably.
Before each ride, check the shell for cracks/damage, verify the adjustment system works, and inspect the lining & straps.
After use, wipe the shell and interior with a damp cloth as needed, air dry, and store in a clean, cool, dry place.
