Ketamin 10% Injection contains 100 mg of ketamine hydrochloride per ml. It is a dissociative anaesthetic that induces a state of catalepsy with amnesia and analgesia while maintaining muscle tone, including pharyngeal and laryngeal reflexes. Heart rate, blood pressure, and cardiac output are typically increased, and respiratory depression is not a prominent feature. These effects may vary when used in combination with other agents.
