Imochem 120 by Interchemie is a potent antiprotozoal agent designed to combat infections caused by Babesia and Anaplasma species in various animals. The active ingredient, imidocarb dipropionate, effectively eliminates these parasites, aiding in the rapid recovery and prevention of disease recurrence. This injectable solution is suitable for use in cattle, sheep, horses, and dogs, providing a reliable means to manage and control these debilitating infections.​

Usage:

• Administration Route: Intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SC) injection.​

• Dosage:

  • Cattle:

    • Treatment of babesiosis: 1.0 ml per 100 kg body weight, administered subcutaneously.

    • Prevention of babesiosis: 2.5 ml per 100 kg body weight, administered subcutaneously one month before exposure.

    • Treatment of anaplasmosis: 2.5 ml per 100 kg body weight, administered subcutaneously.

    • Elimination of carrier state: 4.0 ml per 100 kg body weight, administered subcutaneously twice with a 14-day interval.

  • Sheep:

    • Treatment of babesiosis and anaplasmosis: 1.0 ml per 100 kg body weight, administered intramuscularly.

  • Horses:

    • Treatment of Babesia caballi: 2.0 ml per 100 kg body weight, administered intramuscularly once daily for 2 consecutive days.

    • Treatment of Theileria (Babesia) equi: 3.5 ml per 100 kg body weight, administered intramuscularly 4 times with a 72-hour interval.

  • Dogs:

    • Treatment of babesiosis: 0.5 ml per 10 kg body weight, administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly. Repeat the dose in 2 weeks, for a total of 2 treatments.
