Usage

Target Species: Horses

Application: Applied to the hoof wall, sole and frog of the hoof to maintain optimal horn condition, elasticity, balance and protection against environmental extremes.

Method:

• Brush or wipe the hoof clean of dirt and debris.

• Using a suitable brush, apply the Hoof Dressing Black evenly to the outer hoof wall, sole and frog.

• For sound hooves: apply 2 times per week as part of a regular maintenance routine. 

• In dry weather, apply up to 4-5 times per week to prevent cracking and drying.

• For very dry, neglected or brittle hooves: hose the feet for a few minutes, dry them off, then apply the hoof dressing daily for one week. 

• Store the product in a cool, dry place, and keep the container sealed when not in use.

Frequency:

• Ideal for use every week as part of hoof maintenance.

• Increase frequency in extreme dry or wet conditions, or when hoof quality is compromised.
