Troy Doramate Injectable Endectocide is a long-acting solution designed for the treatment and control of a wide range of internal and external parasites in cattle. Each milliliter contains 10 mg of doramectin, a member of the macrocyclic lactone class of endectocides. This formulation is effective against various gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, lice, mites, and ticks, including strains resistant to other treatments. The product is presented in a 500 mL plastic bottle, ready for injection, and includes a draw-off tube for convenient administration.
Usage:
Target Species: Cattle
Indications:
Gastrointestinal Roundworms: Ostertagia ostertagi (including inhibited larvae), Haemonchus placei, Trichostrongylus axei, T. colubriformis, T. longispicularis, Cooperia oncophora, Cooperia spp., Bunostomum phlebotomum, Oesophagostomum radiatum, Toxocara vitulorum
Lungworms: Dictyocaulus viviparus
Sucking Lice: Linognathus vituli, Solenopotes capillatus, Haematopinus eurysternus
Biting Lice: Aid in control of Bovicola bovis
Cattle Tick: Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus, including resistant strains
Mange Mites: Chorioptes bovis, Sarcoptes scabiei var. bovis
Administration:
Dosage: 1 mL per 50 kg body weight
Method: Administer subcutaneously in the neck region, preferably high up behind the ear
Frequency: Do not re-treat within 28 days of the previous treatment
