The Kerbl ConstantaRodeo is built for professional-grade clipping: it features a permanent-magnet motor that provides constant power output without loss of speed, even under heavy clipping loads. At only 690 g, the clipper is ergonomically shaped for comfortable handling, reducing fatigue during long grooming sessions. The clipper comes with a hardened-steel shear head and is compatible with blade sets 60, 70, 20 and 220, giving flexibility depending on coat thickness and desired clip length. The high stroke rate (≈ 2400 strokes/min) ensures efficient clipping, even on thick or long horse coats, while the balanced weight and ergonomic design help maintain control and reduce strain.
Usage
Target Species: Horses & ponies (suitable for all sizes)
Application: Clipping, trimming or shaving the coat, full-body clips, partial clip, neck clip, face/poll clip, grooming before shows, hot-weather coat removal, or regular coat maintenance.
Method:
Ensure the clipper is clean and the blade is mounted correctly.
Choose an appropriate blade set for the desired coat length.
Work slowly and steadily along the horse’s body, allowing the clipper to glide rather than forcing.
Keep blade cooled (use clipper cooling spray if available) to prevent overheating.
After clipping, clean off hair debris, wipe the clipper body and blades, oil blades if needed, and store in a dry place.
Frequency:
Use as needed, full-body clip or seasonal coat maintenance.
Ideal for shows, warm weather, or regular grooming cycles.
Inspect blades and motor regularly; replace blade sets when dull or worn.
