We offer both local and international shipping for orders placed through our website.
1.1. Local Shipping (Within Qatar)
– We deliver to all major cities and regions within Qatar.
– Orders placed before 8 pm will be processed on the same business day, excluding public holidays and weekends.
– Orders placed after the cut-off time, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
– Special delivery services may be available upon request for urgent orders.
1.2. International Shipping
– We ship to selected international destinations.
– Availability of international shipping may vary based on country-specific regulations, customs restrictions, and shipping partner limitations.
– Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.
– Certain veterinary and pet health products may be restricted from international shipping due to local import regulations. We are not responsible for any loss due to this; customers are fully responsible for it.
2.1. Local Delivery (Qatar)
– Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1 business day.
– Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2 hours, subject to availability.
– Scheduled Delivery: Customers can choose a preferred delivery date and time (subject to availability).
2.2. International Delivery
– Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
– Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
– Delivery timeframes do not include customs clearance delays.
– International orders may require additional processing time depending on destination regulations.
3.1. Local Shipping Fees
– Standard Delivery: 10 QAR
– Express Delivery: 25 QAR
– Scheduled Delivery: 10-25 QAR (depending on time slot availability)
3.2. International Shipping Fees
– Fees vary based on the destination country and package weight.
– Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.
– Customers are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or clearance charges.
– Certain countries may have additional handling fees based on shipping partners’ policies.
– Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
– Customers will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
– If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify the customer and offer an alternative product or refund.

– Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the system.
– While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or weather conditions.
– If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
– If an order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time frame due to carrier issues, customers may be eligible for a shipping fee refund (subject to review).
– If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
– Customers must provide photographic evidence for verification.
– We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
– If an item is missing from your order, report it within 24 hours of receiving your package.
– For international orders, damages occurring during customs clearance or transit are subject to shipping insurance policies (if applicable).
– If an order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery.
– Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
– If the customer does not respond within 7 days, the order may be canceled, and a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed.
– International orders returned due to customs clearance issues will be refunded excluding all shipping costs.
