MEGA BASE Junior is formulated to address the nutritional gaps often present in mare’s milk, supplying a balanced combination of minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium), trace elements (copper, zinc, manganese, iodine), and vitamins (A, D3, E, K3, B-complex) essential for optimal growth and development of the musculoskeletal system in foals. The inclusion of IPALIGO trace elements ensures high bioavailability, facilitating efficient absorption and utilization.​

Usage:

• Target Species: Suckling foals and young horses

• Application: Administer orally using an applicator syringe

• Feeding Guidelines:

  • Broodmares (500 kg): 20–40 ml daily prior to foaling (swelling of the udder)

  • Foals up to weaning:

    • From 4 weeks old: 20 ml twice weekly

    • From 8 weeks old: 20 ml three times weekly

  • General underdevelopment (from 12 weeks old): 20–40 ml daily

  • Middle-sized breeds (e.g., Haflinger, Appaloosa): ½ of the above ration

  • Small breeds (e.g., Icelandic, Shetland pony): ¼ of the above ration

• Administration: Fill the applicator syringe with the desired quantity and administer carefully through the side of the mouth. Clean and dry the syringe thoroughly after each use.​
