Vanguard Plus 5 L4 (formerly Vanguard DAPP+L4) is a multivalent veterinary vaccine formulated to immunize healthy dogs against major viral and bacterial pathogens. It combines modified-live viruses for canine distemper (CD), adenovirus type 1 (hepatitis, CAV‑1), adenovirus type 2 (respiratory, CAV‑2), parainfluenza (CPI), and parvovirus (CPV), with inactivated bacterins against four Leptospira serovars: canicola, grippotyphosa, icterohaemorrhagiae, and pomona. The vaccine evokes robust immune responses, including CPV titers capable of overcoming maternal antibodies.
Usage:
Target Species: Healthy dogs (≥ 6 weeks old)
Vaccination Schedule:
Primary series: 2 doses, 2–3 weeks apart (a third dose is recommended if initiated before 9 weeks to avoid maternal antibody interference)

Reconstitute freeze-dried vaccine with sterile diluent supplied, mix well, and administer 1 mL subcutaneously (or intramuscularly)
Features and Benefits:

High CPV immunogenicity: Generates protective titers even with maternal antibodies.
Convenient single-dose formulation: Simplifies vaccination protocols.
Annual booster compliance: Supports regular immunity maintenance.
Precautions:
